Solución detallada
Tenemos la ecuación:
$$3 + \frac{\left(x^{2} + x \left(1 - a\right)\right) - 1}{x} = 0$$
Multipliquemos las dos partes de la ecuación por los denominadores:

$$- a x + x^{2} + 4 x - 1 = 0$$

La ecuación cuadrática puede ser resuelta
con la ayuda del discriminante.
Las raíces de la ecuación cuadrática:
