Solución detallada
Tenemos la ecuación:
$$\frac{18}{3 x - 2 y} + \frac{11}{2 x - 3 y} = 13$$
Multipliquemos las dos partes de la ecuación por los denominadores:
-3*y + 2*x y -2*y + 3*x
obtendremos:
$$\left(2 x - 3 y\right) \left(\frac{18}{3 x - 2 y} + \frac{11}{2 x - 3 y}\right) = 26 x - 39 y$$
$$\frac{69 x - 76 y}{3 x - 2 y} = 26 x - 39 y$$
