Tenemos la ecuación
$$y = \sqrt{\left(x^{2} \left(a - 3\right) - x \left(6 - 2 a\right)\right) + 5}$$
Transpongamos la parte derecha de la ecuación miembro izquierdo de la ecuación con el signo negativo
$$- \sqrt{x^{2} \left(a - 3\right) + x \left(2 a - 6\right) + 5} = - y$$
Elevemos las dos partes de la ecuación a la potencia 2
$$x^{2} \left(a - 3\right) + x \left(2 a - 6\right) + 5 = y^{2}$$
